When will I receive my delivery?
Please ensure you have allowed the advertised delivery period to pass. The delivery period can be found on your Wowcher and this does not include weekends or bank holidays.
To track the progress of your order log in to your account here and click View Progress next to your order.
If the estimated delivery period has passed please contact us here or use the contact details at the bottom of your Wowcher.
Please make sure to include your full name, email address, Wowcher code or any further information when contacting us.
Can I change my delivery address?
You do not select your delivery address until you redeem your Wowcher code. This does not have to be the same as your billing address. We’re sorry but once you have redeemed you are not able to change your delivery address.
My Wowcher has expired. Can I get a refund?
Sadly not. Expiry dates are made very clear on the Wowcher itself, and they must be used before the expiry date passes.
Who do I contact if I want to return my product?
If you have received your product and then subsequently want to return it, first please find your order in the My Wowcher section of the site.
Just below the voucher you will see a Need Help link. Click that and follow the prompts from there to request a return of your item.
